26,000 MORE PEOPLE DIE IN PRIVATE HOMES – BUT ONLY 3% FROM COVID
At least 26,000 more people than usual have died at home during the coronavirus pandemic in England and Wales. The number, which includes deaths between March and September, is a surge of 43.6% on the average.
Despite this dramatic increase, just 3.3% were linked to COVID-19 leading experts to believe people were afraid of visiting hospital for non-coronavirus related illnesses.
Heart disease was the biggest cause of death, followed by cancers and dementia.
This figure clearly shows the ‘other coronavirus death toll’, not to mention just how deadly lockdown really is.
