ISIS Bride was part of Religious "Police"

ISIS bride Shamima Begum was not the mere “housewife” she claimed to be, but a member of the Islamic state's terrifying religious Police.

Begum told reporters she simply played the role of housewife and looked after children she bore to a Jihadi fighter after she travelled with two friends to join the terrorist state in 2015.

She was tracked down to a refugee camp in Syria by the British press. Home Secretary Sajid Javid stripped Begum of her British citizenship after she pleaded to come home.

A “well-placed” source  told The Telegraph that Begum was “allowed to carry a Kalashnikov rifle and earned a reputation as a strict ‘enforcer’ of [the Islamic State’s] laws, such as dress codes for women” for the Islamic State morality police during their reign of terror.

The source told The Telegraph:  “There were lots of young European women in the Hisba,” an activist from the Sound and Picture group, comprised of people who had to live under the Islamic State and kept track of its members’ activities."

“Some of them were very harsh and the local population became very scared,” the source said.

The Telegraph also reported seeing evidence that Begum worked to recruit more brides for the ISIS fighters, telling other potential Jihadi brides: “Don’t believe any of the bad things you hear about [the Islamic State], it’s fake. You have everything you want here.”
