Khan's London: Mother stabbed three times in front of child

 

Another day, another bloody rampage in the Khan's wasteland, once known as London.

Detectives from Metropolitan Police have issued a major appeal after a mother was stabbed in an unprovoked attack while she was with her children.

Officers were called at 17.23 PM on Monday the 30th of December, to a report of a 36-year-old woman stabbed in Downton Avenue, Streatham Hill.

When police arrived, they found the woman who was rushed to hospital, thankfully, her injuries have been assessed as non-life threatening or life-changing.

The attack occurred as the mother was pushing her child in a pushchair. The child was not injured during the assault.

The mother was attacked from behind by a lone suspect, he has been described as a black man, around 6ft tall and wearing dark clothing. The man did not speak as he stabbed the victim three times before running off down Downton Avenue away from the High Road.

Detectives from South Area CID are investigating. Extensive enquiries, including forensic work and CCTV analysis, are ongoing. At this stage, officers retain an open mind as to any motive.

There have currently been no arrests linked to the sickening attack and police are working to establish just why the cruel attack was carried out.

A Met Police spokesman said: “At this stage, officers retain an open mind as to any motive.

“There have been no arrests and enquiries continue.”

Lambeth MPS Tweeted saying: “Police were called at 5.20pm to Downton Ave, #Streatham Hill, to a report of a woman aged in her 30s stabbed. The woman was taken to hospital. Her injuries are not life-threatening or life-changing. No arrests, enquiries continue. Anyone w/ info pls call 101 quoting CAD5169/20.”

And people wonder why London's indigenous English population are leaving our capital in droves!
